The eight-station liquid bagged product packaging machine is a device used for packaging liquid products. It has eight working stations and can perform eight packaging operations at the same time. This machine is mainly used to fill liquid products (such as beverages, juices, condiments, etc.) into plastic or composite bags, seal and package them.
An eight-station liquid bag product packaging machine usually includes the following main components:
Conveying system: used to feed the bags to be packaged into the working station of the packaging machine in a certain rhythm and sequence.
Filling system: Liquid products are drawn from the reservoir and injected into the bag through a straw or other filling device. Each work station has an independent filling device.
Sealing system: After filling is completed, the bag mouth will be heated and sealed by the sealing device to ensure the sealing and shelf life of the product.
Control system: used to control the operation of the entire packaging machine, including adjustment of filling volume, control of sealing temperature, synchronization of work stations, etc.
The working principle of the eight-station liquid bagged product packaging machine is that the bag enters the working station from the conveying system, and then the filling device injects the liquid product into the bag, and then the sealing device heats and seals the bag mouth, and finally completes a packaging cycle.
